BandaRito is an open digital community built for the Philippine live music industry. We do not charge any booking commission or hidden platform fees. 100% of the agreed talent fee goes directly from the event client to the band manager.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using BandaRito (the "Platform"), operated by BandaRito Music Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Eligibility & Minor Consent
You must be at least 18 years of age to enter into legally binding agreements for event bookings. Users between the ages of 13 and 17 may use the platform to showcase their music or manage band profiles solely with verifiable parental or legal guardian consent.
3. Band Profiles & Verification
- EPK Content: Band managers warrant that they hold the legal authority to represent their registered acts, and that all audio, video, and biographical content provided is accurate and authentic.
- No Fake Reviews or False Metrics: Fabricating reviews, inflating booking counts, or misrepresenting talent fees is strictly prohibited. BandaRito reserves the right to suspend any account engaging in deceptive practices.
- Intellectual Property: Bands retain 100% ownership and copyright of their music, recordings, and logos. By posting on BandaRito, you grant us a non-exclusive license solely to display your EPK on the platform.
4. Peer-to-Peer Booking Agreement
BandaRito serves as a discovery and communication bridge between event organizers ("Clients") and musicians ("Artists"):
- Booking requests sent through BandaRito are forwarded directly to the designated band manager.
- All contractual agreements, performance riders, sound provisions, and payment settlements (via GCash, Maya, or bank transfer) are conducted directly between Client and Artist.
- BandaRito is not an employment agency or talent management firm and is not a party to any contract executed between users.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Use the platform for spamming, harassment, or unlawful activities.
- Scrape or harvest data from the directory without express written permission.
- Post infringing copyright material or impersonate established OPM artists.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal disputes arising from platform use shall be settled within the proper courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
